Galas & Red Carpets · New York

NYC gala photographer for charity, black-tie, and red-carpet evenings

A gala is several events in one night: the arrival, the program, the guests, and the mood of the room. These are the questions I'll ask so the coverage fits your evening.

Event coverage starting at $1,500

Arrival & red carpet

Will there be a step-and-repeat or press wall? Which honorees, sponsors or guests should be photographed on arrival, and roughly when do doors open?

The program

Share the order of speeches, performances, awards and any paddle raise, plus who is on stage. Knowing the sequence ahead of time means the key moments are anticipated rather than chased.

Guests & tables

Is there a list of VIPs, board members or table hosts you'd like photographed? Group photos are easiest to plan when you name a contact who can bring people together.

Atmosphere & details

Décor, centrepieces, lighting and the dance floor help tell the story of the night. Let me know which design elements matter to your committee or sponsors.

Privacy & preferences

Tell me about guests who prefer not to be photographed, areas that are off-limits, dress code for the photographer, and any approvals needed before images are shared.
